Main Features and Main Technical Parameters

HDPE Large-diameter Pipe Extrusion Lines are mainly designed for production range from DN400-DN2000mm, equipped with Interlligent SIEMENS Computer System and PLC system, which provide high automatically operation.
The Main Extruders are normally equipped with 38:1 or 40:1 LD Ratio screw, provide high-output capaity and good plastization. And the main extruders can equip Gravimetric devices to ensure staby and steady extrusion capacity.
The Extrusion Die heads are designed for cover the wide production range, also equips IPC(Internal air cooling system) to ensure good shaping and low-sagging effect.
The vacuum tank and cooling tanks are designed to ensure perfect forming and enough cooling for the pipes products.
The haul-offs are designed with 8/10/12-caterpillar models, and the caterpillars are driving by separated servo motors and gearboxes, then to provide wide hauling speed range and strong pulling force.. Most important thing is haul-off will be synchronous running with main extruder.
The cutter will provide accurent cutting pipe length, by receiving cutting singals from encoders.
