The special designed screw structure, uniform plasticizing, high output. PVC extrusion die head is made of high quality alloy steel, channel surface with brightness and anti-corrosive treatment. Wide flow channel design to ensure the pass-through time of the melt in the die head and the largest extrusion production. In view of the large diameter PVC pipe,the vacuum tank is with double-chamber design, equipped with nylon supporting plates, making pipe roundness and forming better. To match wide production range of PVC pipes,JWELL provide haul-off with 2-claw up to 10-claw,different modles of planetary cutters..Also can equip online belling machine as an option.
